  • Solar-ready install; and we have a solar partner developing solar trailers with entire backup generator and battery solutions. Otherwise, this is best sourced locally for the purpose of any troubleshooting and/or install and maintenance advice.

  • Water tank and pump setup usually best sourced locally to save on transport costs. Where possible we recommend water catchment from a nearby shed or house with larger roof space than the tiny house as the tiny house roof is generally too small a catchment area to sustain long term living water needs.

  • Deck/awning. Only available within 2 hour radius of Port Macquarie and limited to 2.5m x 3.5m

FULL TIME HOME - Set up for a high standard of living with all the mod cons, you could live comfortably in the Sojourner full time with the flexibility of relocation when needed. Without the 30 year mortgage.

FAMILY OR GUEST ACCOMMODATION - With no DA council approval needed to park it behind your house for a member of your household, you can simply drive you Sojourner Tiny House into your backyard and have a new, self-contained accommodation space ready to use. OFFICE SPACE OR STUDIO - You can simplify the Sojourner further if you want to use it in an Office or Studio capacity. You may not want or need the full kitchen. Internals can be simplified or removed to create space for work and creativity.
