  • "I found a package $10k cheaper"
  • "Realestate app shows packages $30k cheaper"


The answer to that question is always - "Is it turnkey?" oh wait ..  "IS IT TRUELY TURNKEY?"


Retail pricing usually starts with a Base Build Price and then prices are added at different stages. Here's how Retail pricing model works-


Stage 1. Sales quote provided for the base build price to lock you in. 

Stage 2. Quote is revised once you choose your preferences after a few weeks

Stage 3. Compliance cost of 6 star ratings and following design guidelines are added after a while

Stage 4. Cost for applying building permits and council requirements comes out higher than previous quoted. 

Stage 5. Now contracts are signed but contract do not include landscaping, driveways, blinds, fencing, clothesline, appliances, letter, internal wall painting and even flooring


Just make sure you as an investor aren't unknowingly signing something that is not TURNKEY.
