• Solar-ready install; and we have a solar partner developing solar trailers with entire backup generator and battery solutions. Otherwise, this is best sourced locally for the purpose of any troubleshooting and/or install and maintenance advice.

• Water tank and pump setup usually best sourced locally to save on transport costs. Where possible we recommend water catchment from a nearby shed or house with larger roof space than the tiny house as the tiny house roof is generally too small a catchment area to sustain long term living water needs.

HOW TO USE THE GUNYAH TINY HOUSE

AIRBNB GUEST ACCOMMODATION - The Gunyah tiny house has been specifically designed for guest accomodation. You may not need the size of the original Sojourner in order to offer guest accomodation. For a simpler, more cost effective AirBnb tiny house, the ‘Gunyah’ has everything a 1-2 guests may need for a very enjoyable stay.

MOBILE HOME - Because the Gunyah is the smallest house in our range it suits more frequent relocation giving you the option to travel around Australia if you wanted to.
